Don't be fooloed. I know this company, stock, cap structure very well. The volume is very low right now and you can probably pick some up near 75-80 cents.
The guys who run the deal are Indian engineers. See www.speculatinggreen.com and see the videos of CNN Anderson Cooper, The Mayor of LA, Fox Bus, Bloomberg on this deal. The problem is they have no IR or PR. The Engineers didn't know how to run a pubco their first 18 months but watch out.
I'm on record. The stock is 91 cents but I think if you put in a bid at 80 cents some idiot will sell a little. I firmly believe these guys do a big IR campaign and this company will rock. Keep on your ticker and if they get another big order it's time to load up.
